Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping via reputable carriers and expedited shipping options for faster delivery. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location.

Shipping Rates: Ground Shipping is free on orders over $150 inside the Contiguous United States. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount inside the continental United States(specified on our website).

International Shipping: We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

At Lanzera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that personalized or custom items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@lanzera.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for returns or instructions for exchanging the item(s).

Returned items for a refund must be in their original condition with tags attached and unused. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

For Exchanges, once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item(s) to you promptly. If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, we will either refund the difference or request additional payment, depending on the circumstances.
